Philip is well known in the Manhattan New Development world.
He’s been involved in all phases of new development from the very beginning of his NYC real estate career. Philip brings seasoned and exacting project director experience at all levels and phases of the sales process. Amongst several notable projects, he served as Director of Sales at Jardim by Isay Weinfled in West Chelsea and managed the record breaking sell-out of Jean Nouvel's 100 11th Avenue during the tricky 2008-2010 market. From sales, marketing, apartment design, finishes, floor plans, amenity, strategy and end buyer programming; Philip has provided elevated services to discerning sponsors and firms across the city. He’s grateful to have learned the true art of planning and selling new development from several industry powerhouses and his projects have sold well over $750 million over the years.
